Skin, Frontal Scalp, Shave Biopsy:
Seborrheic Keratosis with co-existent Actinic keratosis.
While the main lesion represents an early seborrheic Keratosis, adjacent keratinocytic atypia is seen which extends to both biopsy edges.Associated mild dermal inflammation, fibrosis and marked solar elastosis are seen. There is no evidence of squamous cell carcinoma in theexamined sections. Clinical correlation is advised.
